Shipping and Returns
GENERAL ORDER INFO
- Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
- All received orders are estimated to ship within 72 hours (excluding Pre Sale)
- We are happy to accept Returns & Exchanges provided the merchandise is un-used, un-washed, un-altered, condition.
- Orders shipping outside of North America are not eligible for exchanges without a re-shipping fee.
- Exchanges are not guaranteed if items are out stock
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise returned for refund will be accepted in un-used, un-washed, un-altered condition within 14 days of receiving of your order.
Merchandise returned for an Exchange will be accepted in un-used, un-washed, un-altered condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 5 days from time of us receiving your returned order for new merchandise to be processed and re-shipped.
Returned Music Products must be unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
There are NO REFUNDS on digital media products
Returned & Exchanged merchandise should be returned to the below address at customer’s expense* We highly recommend you use a trackable or insured service when returning merchandise.
*For Returns or Exchanges that are the result of defective merchandise or receiving an incorrect merchandise return shipping service will be paid by Barking Irons.
Procedure for Returning Merchandise:
- Merchandise must be un-used, un-washed, un-altered in any way and deemed New (as shipped) upon receipt at our facility.
- Pack and seal in same or equivalent packaging as it was received and be sure to clearly reference your ORDER # inside of the box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders shipping from our US store are billed at our most economical rates unless express services are requested. Please allow up to two weeks transit time for international orders.
Customers are responsible for all international duties, tariffs, or import taxes resulting from international shipments.
Sean Rowe reserves the right to refuse international orders that require higher than average shipping charges.
Orders shipping outside of North America are not eligible for exchanges. Customer pays return shipping in case of returning merchandise.

If you received your order and something is not quite right, please email us: (Stevenfoxbury@gmail.com)immediately and someone will get back to you shortly.
If you have not received your order and think there may be a delivery or shipping issue, please contact us at the email given above.
For any defective or damaged merchandise, or if you did not receive the correct items per your order confirmation, We will send you a return shipping label and work to resolve the issue quickly.
Please note Sean Rowe is only responsible to ship orders as they appear on the order confirmation.
If you notice an error on your order confirmation please contact us immediately and we will try to amend before your items ship.
